Categories: Business In response to the uncertainties presented by Covid-19, all ORJ employees have been fully briefed, and we have taken the appropriate steps to mitigate any risks associated with Covid-19, following all Government guidance.

At ORJ Law, we have various collaboration platforms to enable remote working to ensure our solicitors are on-hand ready to assist clients with all their legal needs. We have a robust contingency plan in place with 24/7 IT support, which enables us to operate from any location effectively and securely, ensuring no interruption is made to the delivery of our services. These collaboration platforms include Microsoft Teams – a platform that combines chat, video meetings and file storage with the Office 365 subscription. FaceTime – available on iOS devices to allow visual calling between Apple devices. All calls are encrypted and are not recorded. A unique Apple ID is also required to make and receive FaceTime calls. WhatsApp for Business Video Calls – this allows users to make voice and video calls with other devices that have downloaded the WhatsApp application. There is end-to-end encryption included, which can help to avoid calls and files from being accessed by unauthorised users.
