Sukhvinder’s expertise lies within New Build Developments and she has worked for a large national house builder dealing with technical and complex residential estate documentation for site set up and subsequent plot sales.
She also has experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing work which includes freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, as well as more specialised transactions such as part exchanges, shared ownership and new build properties including Help to Buy and other affordable housing schemes.
Sukhvinder’s familiarity with the new build process makes for an easier and hassle free transaction for both the builder and home owner. Having completed many Help to Buy transactions she is familiar with the Government initiative of the Help to Buy Scheme.
Outside of work Sukhvinder enjoys travelling in order to learn about various cultures to allow her to learn about the history of those countries and cities. She has travelled to various countries and cities such as Mexico, India, New York, Egypt, Dubai, Mauritius, Cuba, Turkey, Portugal, Barcelona, Rome, Paris, Alicante, Puerto Banus, Morocco and Dublin.
Sukhvinder also enjoys drawing and painting in her spare time where she can express her artistic skills. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and having a healthy work-life balance.
Sukhvinder climbed Ben Nevis in 2016 for a work related charity event and raised money for the Youth Adventure Trust. This year she participated in a 100 mile bike ride to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. She thoroughly enjoys challenges and is looking forward to doing more events to support great causes.
