Licensed Conveyancer
Clare Owen is a Licensed Conveyancer working in our Shrewsbury Office.
She started her career in 1997 where she took on the role of Junior Clerk. She progressed to become a legal secretary working for one of the partners, before qualifying in 2005 as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Clare specialises in residential conveyancing and has experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process including, leasehold property, shared ownership, mortgages and transfers of equity. She has a wealth of local knowledge and deals with local and national transactions. She provides an efficient and effective service in a friendly and approachable manner.
In her spare time Clare likes to work on her local community allotment with her husband. She has also recently taken up bee keeping and currently has three hives. On the weekends when she is not on the allotment site or busy working she can be found in Aberystwyth as she enjoys being by the seaside.
