ORJ advised innovators at Fast JP who created a bespoke software system for one of the country’s leading operators in the transport sector.
The new licence had to be negotiated in double quick time so as to allow the purchaser to meet the termination provisions under its existing licence.
Negations were intense. The various contracts including the licence, development and support and escrow agreements were thrashed out over a 2 week period.
