IT is a unique sector that faces unique challenges. However like all businesses it companies need to keep their best people and their best customers.

It’s in the nature of Information Technology companies that their consultants and employees work closely, often on site with customers. It follows that the risk to an IT company of losing staff to clients or clients to departing staff are greater than in most other industries. Necessarily they also risk losing client data to skilled departing staff.

ORJ has developed a strategy incorporated in our bespoke contract to protect the interests of its IT client base as well as protecting IT companies from claims.
